Oral Presentations.
The time for oral presentations is:
a) 50 minutes for invited speakers plus up to 10 minutes for questions
b) 12 minutes for contributed oral presentations plus 3 minutes for questions
- Presentation timing must be respected and chairperson will be very strict about time-keeping. So authors are encouraged to do not exceed the time in the presentation to allow questions from attendants
- PowerPoint presentations must be delivered to the Organizing Committee the day before of the presentation. Oral presentation file should be saved in PowerPoint programme (97-2003 compatible version or previous)
Poster Presentations
- Poster must not exceed the A0 paper size (height 1189 mm × width 841 mm) with letter size that allows reading the contents approximately 1.5 meters from the poster
- Posters will be on display all days of the Congress and will be discussed during specific poster sessions.
- Posters should not be removed until the end of the Congress Scientific Programme to give enough time to read them
- At least one of the authors is requested to be by the poster during the assigned discussion timing:

POSTER SESSION II: Etiology/Epidemiology/Detection
Wednesday 13th from 15:45 to 16:45
POSTER SESSION III: Disease Control
Thursday 14th from 15:45 to 16:45
Poster Awards
- The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce 3 Awards for poster contributions
- These Awards will be for the three best poster contributions chosen by popular vote: each participant will be able to vote 5 poster contributions (maximum)
- The awards will be announced during the Social Dinner
